What is the minimum participation age?
There is no minimum age however our insurance requires that everyone is registered.
If I cannot race can I get a refund?
While refunds are not possible you are able to transfer to another person or defer for 1 year when you notify us within 14 days of race day.
What is included in my registration?
All 5K runners are chip timed and will receive a full Santa Suit, professional photos, giveaways from sponsors, and more!
Is there race day registration?
Race day registration will be available but join early to save.
What happens if it rains?
The event is a rain or shine. We will delay the start if there is lightning in the area.
How do I create a team?
The first person to register creates a team and will be designated as the team captain. Others can join your team thereafter.
There's no limit to how many athletes are on a team.
Are teams required to finish together?
Team members are not required to finish the course together.
How do I manage my team?
If you are the team captain for a group, you will be able to log in and edit certain details pertaining to the group setup and members. Group management is explained in this help section.
